Also, standing water observed on floor under shelving in dry storage area.
Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. Observed mold like substance on ceiling in bar area, on walls in booths, on duct work in dining room. Person in charge states due to combination of hvac issues and leak in roof causing moisture issues.
Equipment in poor repair. Observed fan guard of microwave on line with debris buildup, delaminating. Also, margarita machine leaking causing buildup of brown liquid under machine in bar area.

In-use utensil not stored with handle above the top of time/temperature control for safety food and rim of the container. Observed red scoop handle in pasta drawer in contact with pasta.

Observed buildup of grease and debris on hood filters. Observed mold like substance on exterior of gasket where it meets door on middle low boy, under steam well. Observed soda plates on soda machine on server line with mold like substance build up.
Raw fruits/vegetables not washed prior to preparation. Observed whole avocados being cut with sticker still on each.

Operator removed cheese to place in walk-in-cooler to chill. Discussed with operator about the heat coming from the grill when the lid gets opened on the flip top reach-in cooler. Operator moved cooler over a little away from grill.
