Employee switched from working with raw food to ready-to-eat food without washing hands. Cook grabbed raw steak put it on grill then touched to go plate and cooked vegetables. Manager asked him to washed hand properly and discarded the vegetables voluntarily.
Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Employee wearing rubber band while engaging food preparation. Manager asked him to remove it.
