In lift top cooler by oven -black beans (47F - Cold Holding); pepper jack cheese (56F - Cold Holding); Swiss cheese (50F - Cold Holding); sausage links (50F - Cold Holding), operator states that all,foods were put in cooler from walk in cooler less than an hour ago, pans were over filled, all food moved back to walk in cooler. Cooler does not work and food was on ice.
