Per operator, corn reheat in microwave to 135F and above then transfer to steam table 20 minutes prior to the inspection. Corn over stocked in container. Operator reheat corn to 166F.
Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. Observed accumulation of black mold like substance buildup on AC vent in dry storage.
