Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. -Observed accumulation of brown substance buildup inside ice machine. -Observed accumulation of black substance buildup on soda dispenser.

Food stored on floor. -Observed 2 boxes with food items stored on walk-in freezer floor. Operator removed and stored properly.

Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. -Observed interior of microwave soiled with accumulation of old food residue.
Packaged foods not properly protected from cuts when the case-overwrap is opened. -Observed 2 packages with salt in dry storage area not properly secured from cross contamination. Operator over wrapped packages correctly.
