In-use utensil not stored with handle above the top of time/temperature control for safety food and rim of the container. Tongs used for raw chicken laying in pan with raw chicken. Operator removed.
Missing drain plug at dumpster.
Reach-in cooler interior/shelves have accumulation of soil residues. Double door reach in freezer at end of cook line near fry station
