Employee picked up garbage and placed on trash can, then grabbed two clean plastic saucers without washing hands. After educated employee, employee washed hands.

Employee touched head, then grabbed precooked pork ribs, using same gloves. After manager instructed employee discarded gloves, washed hands and put in new pair of gloves.
