Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Chicken wings 60F cold hold, second temperature 55F cooling, cheese 44F cold hold, second temperature at 3:50 42F cold hold. Cooked chicken wings were placed in a new cooler that did not have time to cool.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Spray bottle of glass cleaner stored at bar next to steak sauce and a pitcher of iced tea. Operator removed glass cleaner.
Equipment in poor repair. Walk in cooler is not sitting straight on the hinges causing the door to pop open.
Floor area(s) covered with standing water. Throughout the kitchen. An issue with the AC and the dish room are causing the floor to be wet.
