Operator stated waffle batter dated 7-7-26 and was frozen on 7-7-26. Per employee batter was taken out to be frost on 7-19-26. Inspector spoke with employees about proper date marking.

Per operator Kayleen Jenkins more then one employee working in establishment has been working for more then 60 days and has not been food handler certified.
