Observed 5+ live flying insects flying under front counter landing on brownie and cookie sheet tray. Observed 3+ live flying insects flying and landing on top of toppings reach in cooler at front counter. Observed 5+ live flies flying around dish machine. Observed 3+ live flying insects near reach in freezer in back prep area. Observed 5+ flying insects flying and landing on clean equipment at triple sink. Observed 20+ live flying insects landing on sponges at triple sink.
