Operator stated she will keep the chicken in cooler to chill. Also, raw chicken, cooked wontons, cooked shrimp, raw beef (45F-50F - Cold Holding) in walk-in-cooler. Operator stated cooler stopped working today and she called to have serviced.
Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. Observed threaded hose Bibb at faucet on wall behind soup holding station.

Operator stated they have called to have cooler serviced. Operator placed a fan inside walk-in-cooler to cool the cooler down.
