Three-compartment sink soiled from overhead leak. The water dripping into the wash side of the 3 compartment sink from the hot water heater pan is soiled due to it being collected in a soiled pan at the bottom of the hot after heater and dripping out from there. Operator placed a container under the leak to catch the water and cleaned out the 3 compartment sink to be able to properly wash, rinse and sanitize.
