What the inspector wrote — 2 findings
Dented/rusted cans present. See stop sale. Observed two cans of hunts ketchup (7lb, 2oz each) with dented seams. Operator pulled them out for return to supplier during inspection.
Floor and wall junctures not coved in food preparation/storage/warewashing areas or bathroom. Observed hardened cement at the base of the walls under the 3 compartment sink and hand sink in the rear of the kitchen. No cove molding.
