Multiple bins stored in back storage room, containing white powdery substance that have been removed from their original packaging not labeled. Operator started to label the flour and sugar in back storage room.

Operator unable to provide proof of employee training. Only proof of training operator had was expired. Operator stated she has training material expected in mail this week.
