The item were stored in the cooler less than 2 hours. The items were returned to the walk in cooler to chill and cold hold.
Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. In the rice cooker on the cookline, a pint sized container was being used to dispense the rice and was stored in cooker. The item was removed.
