Observed cooked pork prepared on site with no date mark when removed from the freezer for thawing in the walk in cooler. The operator stated the pork was placed in the walk in for thawing the day prior to inspection.
Food-contact surface not smooth and easily cleanable. Observed a non-food grade drill with an attachment used to mix sauce. The body of the drill that may come in contact with food is not cleanable.

No proof provided that food employees are informed of their responsibility to report to the person in charge information about their health and activities related to foodborne illnesses. Spoke with operator on the proper procedures and emailed the new Chinese information to operator to print out and himself and employees sign.
