Raw animal food stored over ready-to-eat food. In the walk in cooler. The raw chicken was stored over the sprouts and peeled onions. The onions and sprouts were moved.

The operator reported that the egg rolls were placed in the cooler after being set out for two hours during a busy period. The item was not prepped or portioned today. After discussing the options with the operator, the item was removed from the refrigerator and placed on TPHC for the remainder of the 4 hours.
Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. In a bin of rice near the triple sink, an open can was being used to dispense the rice and was stored inside the bin. The can was removed.
