Observed raw chicken stored over raw pork not in commercially sealed packing in reach-in freezer to the left of the three compartment sink. Operator moved and stored correctly.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed can of WD-40, spray paint, and medication ointment stored on shelf with dry storage products in back of kitchen. Operator moved and stored correctly.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed handwash sink to the right of the cook line behind the service counter blocked with cardboard boxes and the handwash sink to the right of the three compartment sink blocked by a rolling mop bucket. Operator moved and made handwash sinks accessible. Discussed with operator.
No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink in front of kitchen at handwash sink blocked by boxes. Operator replaced.
