Observed at cook line, employee cracked raw shell eggs then took a portion of cooked shrimp and cooked pork from the cook line flip top without properly washing hands. Educated manager on proper hand washing procedures. Manager instructed employee to conduct a proper hand wash. Employee discarded gloves, washed hands and put on new pair of gloves.
