Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. -empanadas 108-115F, manager stated placed out less than 1 hour prior into hot holding equipment. Advised to use time as public health control for 4 hours with time marked in station when holding food inside danger zone.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. - hand sink obstructed by supplies stored inside basin
