Advised manager that the AC must be repaired and maintained in proper working condition to ensure that refrigeration units operate effectively and to prevent potential temperature control issues. Also, observed reach in cooler gaskets torn. Located in Togo area.

Observed Handwash sink in warewash area and next to ice machine not accessible for employee use at all times due to hose from portable AC attached to nozzle. Advised manager that hose must be removed so that all handwashing sinks are accessible at all times for employee use. Manager removed.
