Front counter prep table- observed employee take soiled wiping cloth outside rear of main kitchen, return to kitchen and put on gloves, brings single service container of food to front counter service line and a hands it to employee, return to main kitchen grabs new container of corn and hands to employee to place on service line for service without washing hands.
