In SINGLE DOOR LOWBOY opposite cookline - commercially cooked beef (60F - Hot Holding) not prepared or portioned today. Per employee package removed from walk in approximately 2 hours. Employee returned package to walk in to rechill.

Operator instructed employee to remove gloves wash hands and put on new gloves
