Both items cooked 10-15 minutes prior but hot holding unit not turned up enough. Manager had cook reheat both items and turned unit up.

Manager stated this was the first time heat was applied to beans. Manager added they have had issues keeping black beans in temp. Black beans placed back in warming unit to raise temperature.
