Observed employee wipe off excess food from front counter with gloved hands, use a utensil to scoop rice, then grab ready to eat shredded cheese and cut lettuce with same gloves. Discussed proper glove usage and hand washing with Operator.

Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed milk stored in beverage cooler at front counter at 51F. Operator moved milk to walk-in cooler and placed on ice. Called service technician to service reach in cooler whose ambient temperature was 50F.
