Standing water in floor drain in front of three compartment sink. Operator drained three compartment sink and ran all sinks at time of inspection and did not observe overflow or backing up. Did observe front drain clogged with a high level of standing water. Discussed repair timeline with the operator and importance of rectifying issue as soon as possible. Operator showed communication thread and timeline projection for the repair.

Live, small flying insects in kitchen, food preparation area, food storage area and/or bar area. - 10 small flying insects on mop head in mop sink area. Operator changed mop heads. - 20 small flying insects under soda station in lobby underneath cabinet areas near drains and soda lines not landing on food contact surfaces or single service items. Operator started to have employee remove single service items to behind the counter and having employee clean and sanitize area. Operator reduced small flying insects to 10 by end of inspection.
