Toilet/urinal not flushing/functioning properly. Observed public female is out of Order due to plumbing issues. Establishment does have an out of order sign on the female bathroom door. Male bathroom is operational and working properly. For customers to use female and male. Until female bathroom back up and working. Manager does have a work order for female bathroom plumbing issues

Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Establishment did set up 3 compartment sink for wash rinse and sanitized and does have work order in for the dish washer machine
Dish washer machine digital gauge not working at all while dish washer machine is working. Establishment does have a work order in to fix the problem
