Wiping cloth quaternary ammonium compound sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. Observed solution in sanitizer bucket was at 0 ppm, operator changed and tested at 200 ppm.

Water with a temperature of least 85 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. Handwashing sink in the second restroom, no hot water, operator stated there is a work order in and they are going to be out today.
Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Observed employee drink in the back of the kitchen on top of a burrito box, operator removed.
Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed stack of pans on shelve in kitchen that were still wet and dripping, operator removed.

Found at 0ppm. Manager has documentation that shows sanitizer worked at am check. Not working at inspection.
Dishmachine not washing/rinsing properly. Must wash, rinse and sanitize all dishware, equipment and utensils in three-compartment sink until dishmachine is functioning properly. Dishmachine unable to dispense sanitizer.
Employee with no beard guard/restraint while engaging in food preparation. Cook on cookline and, prep cook on assembly line plating open foods with no beard guard.
Single-service articles improperly stored. Observed plastic ware with handles down and aluminum boats not inverted. at drive through area. Manager corrected.
Single-service articles not stored inverted or protected from contamination. Observed chip bags stored under sanitizer dispenser at chip station. Manager corrected.
Trash receptacles not provided where needed in establishment. Observed no conveniently located trash can at handsink at dishwash area. Manager added can to location.
