Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed employee in drive thur area, put on gloves without washing hands before returning to putting chip into bags for service.

Employee used her cellphone and engaged in handling clean dishes then entered the walk in cooler. I informed the manager and she had the employee to wash her hands.
