Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed in back area of main kitchen, dish machine tested at 000 ppm. Person in charge changed the empty sanitizer container and retested at 100 ppm.
