Hot water sanitizing dishmachine final rinse not reaching proper temperature at manifold. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired. Observed dishwashing DishTemp did not reach final rinse temperature of 160°F. The GM set up 3 compartment sink and scheduled the dishwasher to be serviced.
