Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. Bulk Grilled onions, slaw, cheese and chili served out of a pan with spoon. Frito pie- chips topped with up to three toppings customer eat out of the chip bag with a fork. Food items served from a hot dog cart.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Condiment holder stored on hand sink, employee moved hand sink.
Time/temperature control for safety chili/cheese/cooked onions/cooked peppers served from a hot dog cart are not individually pre-portioned/packaged. No plan review submitted and approved - renovations were made or are in progress. Must submit plans and plan review application to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011. Plans must be submitted AND approved within 60 days. Stand alone grill only, owner showed me letter that stated a grill can be axel mounted and/or just placed above the hot dog cart, called plan reviewer, asked for Duke, he'll find him, called Robert, and he called me back, grill has to be mounted, please email picture and new drawing for file to your plan reviewer.
