Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. Bulk Grilled onions, slaw, cheese and chili served out of a pan with spoon. Frito pie- chips topped with up to three toppings customer eat out of the chip bag with a fork. Food items served from a hot dog cart.
