Observed Eliani and Yianisbel hired more than 60 days with no proof of any training.
In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. Observed utensil handle touching sugar inside the container. Manager removed handle.

Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed employee washing dishes and then donned gloves and began preparing churros. Person in charge coached employee, employee removed gloves and washed hands.
Food-contact surfaces not sanitized after cleaning, before use. Do not use equipment/utensils not properly sanitized. Observed employee washing and rinsing cup and spoon, no sanitizer step. Coached employee on proper manual ware washing procedures.
Incorrect chemical test kit provided for measuring the concentration of the sanitizer solution used in the three-compartment sink and/or dishmachine. Observed no chlorine test strips available.
