Cooked/heated time/temperature control for safety food not cooled from 135 degrees Fahrenheit to 41 degrees Fahrenheit within 6 hours. Observed a pan of cooked beef made the day prior and placed into the walk in at around 6pm temping at 49F the following day at 10:30 am. Stop Sale issued.
