Wet wiping cloths stored in detergent and sanitizer mixed together. Observed all sanitizer buckets with a mix of soap and chlorine. Operator emptied all buckets.

Observed in main kitchen area, employee returned to kitchen from outside and grabbed clean dishes from dish machine. Educated Person in charge on Handwashing and glove use and emailed Person in charge a copy of the handout. Employee washed hands and put on clean gloves.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times in main kitchen area. Metal bucket in sink. Person in charge removed Bucket.
