Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Vacuum breaker connected on chemical side of splitter. Spoke with manager about installing the vacuum breaker on non Chemical side after splitter.
Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Wet slicer food pans stacked on shelf in ware washing area. Manager placed pans where they can air dry.
