Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Employee cracked raw shell eggs and changed gloves without first washing hands. Reviewed proper handwashing procedures and employee washed hands.
Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. In storage room upstairs away from main kitchen near reach in chest freezers, 1) Approximately 50 droppings on shelves in empty cabinet in corner of room 2) Approximately 60 droppings on floor under unused desks and around front of cabinet. Employee cleaned and sanitized shelves and floor during inspection.
