Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked. Observed in reach in cooler cooked beef not date marked. Person in charge stated it was prepared on 8/24/26 and date mark accordingly.

Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed on reach in cooler gaskets soiled with mold like substance.

No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. Operator stated they are out of chlorine test strips at this time.
In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed their rice scoop in 90F standing water. Operator placed the scoop in new water and placed it in their steam well.
