What the inspector wrote — 10 findings
Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed the following foods temperature greater than 41°F; cut lettuce (47F - Cold Holding); sliced turkey (49F - Cold Holding); cut melon (49F - Cold Holding); raw beef patties (47F - Cold Holding); cooked beef (47F - Cold Holding) All were located in walk in cooler 3 and 4. As per chef all foods were moved from reach in cooler to walk in cooler this morning. Advised chef that cooler had a ambient temperature of 49°F. Chef instructed employee to remove all foods and place in walk in cooler 1.

Inside lobby Bar area removed, one of the kitchen walk in coolers removed and replaced with restroom, outside bar hand washing sinks relocated and outside bar area floor plan Changed.
