Person in charge unable to answer basic Food Code questions pertaining to safe operation of establishment. Person in charge was unable to properly calibrate thermometer. Inspector calibrated their thermometer with person in charge to 32F.

Coached employee on proper washing methods, and employee rewashed rinsed and sanitized equipment..

At time of the inspection observed bathroom being remodeled and closed, establishment is open to the public, and serving ice cream, The establishment does not have a functioning bathroom for customers and employee. Handyman put toilet, and hand sink back in place, bathroom is working and open to the public.
