Commercially processed ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food opened and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked after opening. Observed opened container of milk person in charge stated was opened morning before, more than 24 hours prior. Person in charge date marked milk.
Required employee training expired for some employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Observed 1 food handler certification expired August, 2025.

Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. In cabinet on front line under waffle cone makers, bottle of hand sanitizer stored next to paper to go bags and can of pan spray. Employee removed it from cabinet.
Non-pitting surface rust on food-contact equipment. Ice maker on front line has rust forming on metal inside.
Single-service articles improperly stored. In kitchen area in front of reach in freezer, a box of toilet paper on the floor. Manager moved to shelf.
Wiping cloth quaternary ammonium compound sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. At front counter, Sanitizer Bucket (Quaternary 0ppm) manager discarded and made new sanitizer bucket rechecked 300ppm.
Nothing was found. The inspector recorded no violations at all.
