Employee eating in a food preparation or other restricted area. Observed unloaded container of water on prep table where employee was filled sauce bottles.
In-use utensil used with moist food stored in running water with insufficient velocity to flush food particles away. Observed dipper well with no running water, operator turned on dipper-well.
