Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Ran the dish machine in the bar area a few times and chlorine sanitizer tested at 0 PPM. Manager replenished the bottle of chlorine sanitizer and the machine was primed to dispenser chemical into the line. Chlorine is now testing at 50 PPM.
Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Can opener blade soiled with dried food debris. Can opener was sent to be washed and sanitized.
