Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed on the buffet line: Butter chips (70F - Cold Holding). Operator stated it had been out for approximately 2hrs. Operator placed it in a reach in cooler.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed their kitchen hand sink with trash bags and lemons inside. Operator removed them.
No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. Observed their quaternary test strips out of date.

Operator stated it had been out for approximately 2hrs. Instructed operator that it needed to be reheated but they did not perform any action.
Missing drain plug at dumpster. Observed a missing drain plug for the dumpster.
