Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Aerosol air freshener stored on shelf above bin of apples below toaster oven in prep area. Manager removed spray can from shelf during this inspection.
Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Can opener blade soiled with black substance. Manager placed can opener into warewash sink during this inspection.
No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. Quaternary test strips for three-compartment sink expired in 2016.
