Oysters in plastic containers on top of ice in a refrigerator display case. Person in charge had oysters placed in metal and buried in ice. walk-in cooler ambient air oyster 44F Cold Holding, Walk-in cooler in back building ambient air oysters 44F Cold Holding. Oysters are near the doors in the walk-in cooler. Person in charge had employee move oysters into colder parts of walk-in cooler.
