Observed in their reach in cooler: Chicken (60F - Cold Holding); Beef (60F - Cold Holding); Pork (60F - Cold Holding). Operator stated they defrosted them and placed product and placed it in their approximately 3hrs ago. Operator moved all products to their working coolers/freezers.
