What the inspector wrote — 3 findings
Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Vaccum breaker at mop sink missing from split at both sides of split. A Vacuum breaker was placed incorrectly above the splitter. Person In Charge removed the incorrectly placed Vacuum breaker and placed it correctly and other one on correct positions. (Inspector provided picture of where Vacuum breakers are to be placed. )

Interference/obstruction with the inspector's right of entry and access at any reasonable time. Establishment is required to send me a "Special Email Invitation" for me to clear security. This email was provided to frontline officials along with credentials upon entry. Inspector was required to wait for a significant time, about 30-40 mins to receive email request a manager. Inspector was finally allowed entry at 8:55 am.
