Employee switched from working with raw food to ready-to-eat food without washing hands. Employee placed two slices of bread inside mix batter with raw shell eggs, using gloved hands, then grabbed ready to eat bacon. After instructed, employee discarded gloves, washed hands and put in new pair of gloves.
