Employee placed two slices of bread inside mix batter with raw shell eggs, using gloved hands, then grabbed ready to eat bacon. After instructed, employee discarded gloves, washed hands and put in new pair of gloves.
Employee touched soiled surface and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Employee touched cell phone, then went inside walk in cooler to star working without washing hands. After manager instructed, employee washed hands.
