Operator stare they had been there for approximately 30min. Operator placed them on the heated part of the flattop to bring back to temp.

Commercially processed reduced oxygen packaged fish bearing a label indicating that it is to remain frozen until time of use no longer frozen and not removed from reduced oxygen package. Observed Fish fully thawing in Reduced Oxygen packaging. Person in charge removed from ROP.
Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Observed in main and front kitchen area multiple employees with bracelets,watches and non smooth ban rings. Person in charge had employees remove all and wash hands.
Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Person in charge inverted mop.
